I went for a walk with my husband the other day. At one point my legs felt very heavy and tired. Together with my husband we did a Tai Chi exercise. He felt the energy all along his back. He had never done Tai Chi at all. I felt so much better afterwards and my legs were not tired anymore so we could continue our walk with ease.

 

Many times when I come to the lessons I am very tired. After doing the form a few times I am not tired at all anymore. After the lesson I am full of energy to go and take care of my grandchildren again.

 

I always enjoy the Tai Chi lessons so much. Being in nature and moving in this gentle way is so relaxing and pleasant. My mind is empty of all the thoughts and worries of the day. It’s just so nice and beautiful.

 

My daughter told me that I am so much easier to deal with. I am sure it must be Tai Chi that made me being this way.

I was considering not going as I did not want to make it worse, but these classes are so gentle and I love them so much I went anyway. 15 minutes in I suddenly realised I could not feel my injury anymore! My friend asked me what I love doing the most. I told her: Tai Chi. Tai Chi relaxes me and changed my way of dealing with stressing situations. When I work I don’t stress anymore as before, I am relaxed and know everything will be ok.

 

I hate going to the dentist, I hate injections. Before I would be very upset about going to the dentist. Now I ask him to wait a few seconds, I do a few belly breaths and open and close my hands a few times and then I am ok.

 

Tai Chi relaxes my body and my mind

 

Tai Chi makes me being in the moment, no worries, no other stuff on my mind.

 

For many years I couldn’t bend my knees. Very, very annoying. I am in a theatre group. When everyone was sitting cross-legged I sat with my legs forward. It was impossible for me to sit that way. But now, after a few months of Tai Chi I can sit cross-legged and I can make a squat. I am so happy for this.

 

After Tai Chi lessons my blood pressure is more down.

 

I went to the doctor for my yearly health check up. The results were remarkable.The doctor asked me what I had done. I am sure it was Tai Chi. It was the only thing I did different in my life. I follow Tai Chi lessons for 9 months now and I have the best health results ever. I practice Tai Chi every day, I just do whatever I remember of the lessons.

 

Excellent lessons. More people should follow these lessons, it keeps you safe and sound and far away from diseases like Covid-19

I missed tai chi (during the lock down). I do every day whatever I remember from the lessons. I am so much more relaxed in life since I started tai chi. I need to do it every day.

 

I am so pleasantly surprised how quick my balance has improved

 

I had to do an operation without anesthesia at the doctor’s which hurts a lot. I thought of Arni and deep belly breathing. I Felt much better. Later I heard that someone else found it so painful that she cried and screamed.

 

If I can’t sleep, I do the form in my mind while in bed. Before I reach the end of the form I sleep.

 

I like hiking. I often twisted my ankle, which was quite painful and often the ankle also swelled. Now I don’t twist that often anymore and when it happens it doesn’t hurt.

 

I got something SUPER valuable I have not learned from my many dance and gymnastic lessons during the years. – how to keep good posture without extra force. I was able to stand straight, but it looked like an army or ballerina pose. – quite forced and unnatural. And I got too tired to try to stand straight for the whole day, so I was still having not a good posture the most of the time. Your Tai Chi lessons were a game changer.  – I got the idea to NOT lock my knees, and change the position of my spine a bit, so it was not hard anymore to strand straight. I loved the slow flow of your lessons

 

I had a cold and it was a really weird feeling in my nose, After about 20 minutes in the lesson this weird feeling disappeared. I felt so much better.

 

I feel so energetic after Tai Chi. This feeling stays with me for a few days. I think it is the TaiChi but also the energy of the teacher

 

When I have had Tai Chi lessons, I sleep so much better. I wake up often every night, I don’t know why. But when I have had Tai Chi lessons, I sleep so much better. I don’t wake up that often and feel much better when I wake up to start my day.

 

Tai Chi is so wonderful. I even feel the effects a few days later. I can’t put into words what I feel but I think everyone should try it for themselves. I think that Arni’s nature and energy also contribute to this feeling. I recommend everyone to participate…
